#1 Buttweld fittings, Forged fittings, and Flanges Manufacturers
What is the use of buttweld fittings, forged fittings, and flanges
#1 Buttweld fittings, Forged fittings, and Flanges Manufacturers contact details Ample Alloys website micronsteel.com : Pipe fittings and flanges are used to make a piping system that transfers oil, gas, and any liquid from one place to another in the easiest and safest way as sometimes gas and other forms might be dangerous to the environment if there is leakage in the piping system.
Buttweld Fittings, forged pipe fittings, and flanges are produced using different materials such as Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel, and all types of High Nickle Alloys. To get more details on high nickel alloys fittings and flanges click here!

Buttweld Fittings: Flanges Manufacturers contact
Buttweld pipe fittings are used for piping systems above 2 inches in diameter. These pipe fittings are manufactured using standards ASME B16.9 and MSS-SP 43. It is used to change the pathway of a pipeline, reduce/increase the pipe bore size, or blind a pipeline using the following buttweld fittings types.
- Elbow – 45 Degrees, 90 Degrees, 180 Degrees.
- Long Radius and Short Radius Elbows
- 1D, 1.5D, 3D, and 5D Elbows
- Tee – Equal and Reducing
- Reducers – Concentri and Eccentric
- Cross – Equal and Unequal
- Stub Ends – Long and Short
- Lap Joint Stub End
- End Caps
- All Types of Pipe Bends
Forged Fittings – Threaded and Socket Weld:
Forged pipe fittings are manufactured in two types namely Forged Threaded Fittings and Forged Socket Weld Fittings. These fittings were produced using standards ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) B16.11, MSS SP-79 \ 83 \ 95 \ 97, and BS 3799.
Forged fittings are utilized for connecting pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment to make a piping system with a diameter of 2 to 4 inches in size.
Carbon Steel Forged Fittings is the most popular material used to produce the following forms of threaded and socket weld fittings:
- Elbows – 45 Degree and 90 Degree
- Street Elbow
- Tee – Equal and Reducing
- Lateral Tee
- Coupling – Full and Half
- Pipe Cap
- Bushing
- Cross
- Plug – Bull, Hex Head, Square Head
- Union
- Nipple – Hex and Swage
- Boss
- Adapter
- Outlets
- Reducer Insert

Industrial Flanges: Ample Alloys website
Industrial Pipe flanges are a mechanical compression connection using bolts and gaskets for quick assembly and disassembly. Flanges are used both for structural and process applications connecting pipe to pipe, to valves, pumps, and numerous other types of equipment.
Flanges are produced using international standards ANSI B 16.5, ASME B 16.47 Series A and B, JIS, DIN, and more. B16.5 flanges are available in the size range 1/2″ thru 24″ NPS and B16.47 in 26″ thru 60″ NPS.
The ASME B16.47 Series A and B flanges are supplied in 5 pressure ratings 150#, 300#, 400#, 600#, and 900# pound range. ANSI B 16.5 has 7 pressure ratings 150#, 300#, 400#, 600#, 900#, 1500# and 2500#.
